About
About TKR Imagery
TKR Imagery is event photography by Tina Muegge, serving organizations, venues, event hosts, and creative communities across Houston, Austin, and Central Texas.
Capturing moments is my passion. I create tangible memories and photos that stand out - images that help people remember how an event felt, why it mattered, and who helped make it happen.
My work focuses on the moments that are easy to miss: the shy guest finally opening up, the people doing the work behind the scenes, the laughter between scheduled moments, the details that carry meaning, and the impact an event has on the people in the room.
Purpose
Photography That Stays Useful After the Event
Event photos should do more than prove that something happened. They should give your organization images that can be used for marketing, social media, website updates, sponsor recaps, community storytelling, internal memories, future event promotion, and personal keepsakes.
Whether I am photographing a business mixer, a military ceremony, a Renaissance faire, a LARP event, a conference, or a community gathering, I look for the moments that help tell the full story.
The goal is simple: create polished, useful, memorable images that continue working long after the event ends.
Style
Detailed, Creative, Polished, and Observant
My photography style is detailed, creative, polished, and observant. I keep a low profile during events so I can capture candid moments naturally, without pulling attention away from what is happening.
Before the event, I ask about the schedule, important people, must-capture moments, and how the photos will be used. During the event, I stay aware, move quietly, and watch for the planned moments as well as the unexpected ones. After the event, I communicate clearly about delivery and make sure the final gallery supports the client's goals.
Trust
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned
TKR Imagery is a service-disabled veteran-owned business. My time as a Marine shaped the way I approach my work today, especially through the traits of judgment, dependability, initiative, and integrity.
Judgment helps me know where to be and what moments matter. Dependability means showing up prepared and following through. Initiative means anticipating moments before they happen. Integrity means treating people, events, and stories with respect.
Those values guide how I photograph every event.
Story
Why TKR Imagery Exists
TKR Imagery began as something personal. The name comes from my nickname, Tina, and my two oldest children, who pushed me to want more than just settling.
I created the company before my younger kids were born, and today, as a mother of four, I am building TKR Imagery with the same message I want my children to see: where you start does not have to define where you finish. You can keep pushing, keep building, and keep reaching for your goals.
That belief carries into the work. Every event has people, effort, emotion, and purpose behind it. My job is to notice those things and preserve them well.
